Great place to call home

The property is well maintained, quiet and safe. The staff is very attentive and prompt to address any issues. They provide fun events for the residents and food trucks come to the community periodically. That’s always a plus when you come home from work and do not feel like cooking.

Great place to live

I have lived here since it was built. It's kept up great. The ladies who work here are very professional and caring!! The maintenance team is great. No complaints at all!!! Thankful for a great place to reside!!

Review

These are the best apartments I have ever lived in. The staff is amazing. The community is very nice and welcoming. I love that the management team is very professional and they standby their policy. It makes a big difference with how the community comes together with following the rules and regulations. This community is very respectful of others and their personal living space. No loud music or disturbances. The management team is always providing kid-friendly events to bring the community together and have fun with the family. The area nearby is great. You have Publix, Walgreens, schools close in location. Any time I contacted the office, they were very helpful with any questions that I had inquired.

The best service ever!!!!

Love everything about living in AACP, the apartments are beautiful, but must of all, the staff are the best. Always doing everything in their power to make you feel comfortable.... Pepe is the best!!!

Great Apartment Complex

A bit noisy as the floors are hardwood and so you can hear every step the person above you makes. I got unlucky living under someone with a little kid and the kid rides a skateboard/bicycle all over the living room/kitchen every afternoon... lol. It’s not a huge deal breaker though. This apartment complex is very nice and the staff is great as well. I would recommend to anyone who is looking in this area.
